Warranty Coverage Period

All Keephone products purchased through our official website or authorized distributors are covered by a limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

  • Charging Accessories: 18-Month Warranty

We strongly recommend purchasing only from official or authorized channels. We have received reports of unauthentic/unofficial products being sold through unauthorized sources — purchasing from these channels voids warranty coverage.
